The approximately 4.5-hectare estate with its own olive groves offers you the space to experience nature in its purest form. The centerpiece of the outdoor area is the huge terrace, which, along with the pool area, is bathed in sun all day long. As the day draws to a close, one of the absolute highlights awaits you here: breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky over the distant mountains in fantastic colors.
It was the fulfillment of a long-cherished lifelong dream. As a German-Italian couple, we were looking for a place that breathed the soul of Tuscany, was close to a town, and yet offered absolute privacy. The first time we stood at the end of the private road and saw that indescribable 180-degree panoramic view over the Chianti hills, we knew immediately: This is it. The absolute tranquility, the seclusion with no neighbors, and the magical sunsets captivated us from the very first moment.
We have created a place where community is at the heart of everything – whether it's cooking together in the spacious professional kitchen or enjoying long evenings on the expansive terrace. It was important to us to preserve the historical essence of this 16th-century villa and honor its "historical soul." At the same time, our vision was to create a sanctuary that offers modern luxury, sustainability, and contemporary comfort at the highest technical level. During a two-year, meticulous renovation, completed at the end of 2025, we carefully considered every detail.
When we are not using the house ourselves, Villa Paron Cilli should also be a home for our guests, where they can discover Tuscany in all its facets: from the tranquility of its own olive groves to the vibrant culture of Florence, and all of this with people you enjoy being with.
